Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions applies to all orders/purchases made on this website www.unique-imports.com.au from Unique Imports ABN:90 138 084 536 and the purchaser is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.

Orders and Delivery

Once the order is made, the items on order cannot be claim owned until Unique Imports have received full payment for all the items, delivery costs and GST.

Unique Imports will organise the delivery of the goods you order to the address you specify on the order, within the time frame and subjuect to availability.  Delivery will be made during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Unique Imports to be authorised to receive the goods.  If no-one at the delivery address or of appropriated age, Unique Imports may charge additional delivery fees.

Once the goods are received by you, you can now claim ownership of the products and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

Pricing and Stock Availability

All price quoted are in Australian Dollars.  Prices are generally by item and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).  Prices are subject to change without notice.  On the occasion that a price change after the order is received, we will honour the original price.  If there is a pricing error on our website, we will notify you before delivery.

Product availability can change without notice.  Where the goods order become unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.  We take no responsibility that the stock level on the website are always correct.

Payment Methods

All payments can be made:

*EFT - direct debit into Unique Imports accounts.  Our banking details are at the bottom of the invoice.

*Credit Cards - Mastercard and Visa accepted.  Please contact our office if you wish to pay by credit cards.

*Cheque - Bank, Company and Personnel cheques are acceptable.  As cheques are not clear funds and are subjected to 3 business days of clearance, Goods will not be despatched until the cheque is cleared by the issuing bank.

Returns and Refunds

Unique Imports will only accept returns on goods purchased from Unique Imports that are deemed to be damaged or faulty.  Upon receiving the goods, you have 48 hours from delivery to notify us of the damaged or faulty goods.  Once we have determine the goods are genuinely damage or faulty with no fault from the purchaser, we will issue you a credit note.  In the case where the goods need to be return, we will not accept the returns unless it is in its original packaging and the purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with return of the product to Unique Imports.

You will not be entitledto a credit note in theevent ofa "change of mind" from your order.  Also will not be entitled to claiming that the "products received is different from the image on the website".  As we aim to provide up to date accurate images and information on all our products, however, some of our products received might differ from our image.  Our images is for illustrative purposes only.

Courier costs are non-refundable.
